The DMS Polypropylene Strap – Plastic Cam Buckle is a one-piece patient restraint intended for use with cots and backboards during emergency transport. The plastic cam buckle is user-friendly and east to apply or release, simply by lifting the buckle flap. The same buckle has a break strength of 600 lb, while the material webbing itself has a break strength of 1800 lb.

The strap is available in either seven feet or nine feet, with nine color choices for each length.
